How do I know which size to order for cycling jerseys and bib shorts?
Our apparel is designed for a performance 'pro-fit' which is aerodynamic and snug. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide on each product page. If you prefer a looser 'club fit,' we suggest sizing up one or two sizes from your standard measurements.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items with original tags attached. For international customers, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Do you offer a crash replacement scheme?
Yes, we know accidents happen. If your Paria kit is damaged in a crash within the first year of purchase, contact us with photos of the damage and we will provide a 40% discount code for your replacement items.
How should I care for my technical cycling apparel?
To maintain the integrity of the technical fabrics and chamois, we recommend machine washing on a cool setting (30°C) with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and never tumble dry; air drying is essential for longevity.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international deliveries?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your products suitable for both road and off-road cycling?
Absolutely. While our designs are popular with road cyclists, the high-wicking fabrics and durable construction make Paria gear excellent for gravel riding, MTB, and urban commuting.
